Each order is thoughtfully prepared and typically ships within 3–7 business days of confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Return Policy
All pieces are final sale. Due to the unique and curated nature of our collection, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Local Pick-Up
Complimentary pick-up is available from our North Vancouver location. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll be in touch within 48 hours to arrange a convenient time.

local delivery
We’ve partnered with a trusted delivery team to offer local white-glove service. Local delivery is available Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm for a flat rate of $250 to locations within 1 hour of North Vancouver.

Shipping
Shipping is quoted individually for each piece. After checkout, we will request a custom shipping quote from our Vancouver partner using your item’s dimensions, photos, and delivery address. You will receive a separate invoice for the shipping cost, and delivery will be arranged once that invoice is paid.

Domestic shipping is available. For general inquiries, you may also reach us at shipping@thecataloguehome.com.

At this time, we’re unable to accommodate international shipping. We hope to expand our reach in the future!

Damage Upon Delivery
All items are pre-loved vintage pieces, and natural signs of age, wear, and patina are expected. These characteristics are part of each item’s story and are not considered defects.

If your piece arrives damaged due to transit, please contact shipping@thecataloguehome.com within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case with care and do our best to make it right. Inquiries made after 30 days cannot be accommodated.
